HIT Mond – Where Ambience Becomes Part of the Culinary Experience

When the existing design of a space no longer reflects the quality of its offering or the expectations of its guests, it is time for a carefully considered renovation. For this project, we redesigned the restaurant area to create a contemporary, elegant, and functional setting that enhances the dining experience from the very first impression.

Particular attention was paid to the lighting, as light plays a key role in both the presentation and service of food. By carefully combining warm and cool lighting, we achieved the right balance between an inviting atmosphere and everyday functionality.

The centrepiece of the renovated space is a live cooking station, allowing guests to experience food preparation first-hand while adding a sense of energy and authenticity to the setting. The station is made from engineered stone—a material that combines a premium appearance with durability and easy maintenance. Its elegant design blends seamlessly with the overall interior and reinforces the sophisticated character of the space.

To improve usability and workflow organisation, we also created an additional service counter. It enables staff to work more efficiently while preserving the clean aesthetic of the interior.
