Restaurant Danica, Bohinjska Bistrica

Restaurant Danica is another completed project we are proud to share.

Set on the edge of Triglav National Park, the restaurant is a green oasis run by the Bohinj Tourist Association, one of Slovenia’s oldest tourism associations.

We took on the project a few months before its completion in July 2021. Working from the client’s needs and ideas, we designed the new kitchen and then brought the plans to life.

The restaurant pairs a contemporary interior with professional kitchen equipment. We equipped it with:

• A GAZI cooking suite

• Cold rooms built by Kaza Sistemi

• Tefcold refrigerators

• A Lainox combi oven and holding cabinet

• Robot-Coupe countertop food preparation equipment

• Intercom vacuum packaging equipment

We select professional equipment to suit each project, with the aim of giving our clients reliable tools for their work and helping them deliver a great experience for their guests.
