Modern-design refrigerated display cases

Gimnazija Moste has a new school bistro.

Students can now browse fresh pastries, sandwiches and bread in CIAM refrigerated and heated display cases. Designed with attention to detail, the cases combine a contemporary appearance with LED lighting and surfaces that are easy to clean. Temperature control helps keep the food appetising and prevents it from drying out.

The display cases bring together contemporary design, practical cleaning and careful temperature control.

Professional countertop appliances are an important part of a bistro kitchen. For Gimnazija Moste, we supplied equipment including a SIRMAN contact grill and a SHARP microwave oven.

The contact grill lets the kitchen team prepare hot sandwiches, while its cast-iron plates can also be used to grill meat and vegetables. The microwave oven helps staff heat snacks quickly during busy breaks.
