Galjevica Kindergarten – A new kitchen for a new chapter

For Galjevica Kindergarten, we completed the full outfitting of a large central production kitchen with professional kitchen equipment and high-quality stainless-steel elements, tailored to the demands of preparing a high volume of meals.

The kitchen was designed as a modern and functional working environment, equipped with advanced technology across all key areas—from cooking equipment, professional ovens, and the refrigeration system to the warewashing area and a dedicated kitchen for preparing special dietary meals.

The project included the supply, installation, connection, and commissioning of all equipment in accordance with the client’s project documentation.

Our team ensured the professional completion of all work, coordinated with other contractors on site, and delivered and installed the equipment on schedule. The new central kitchen enables the efficient and uninterrupted preparation of large numbers of meals, maintains high hygiene standards, supports optimised workflows, and ensures reliable operation in a demanding professional kitchen environment.

Particular attention was given to the separate dietary kitchen, which provides safe conditions for preparing meals for children with special dietary requirements.
