Aroma Global Croatia – A Complete Transformation

We are incredibly proud to have become part of the Aroma Global story by successfully completing this ambitious project.

The Gelato Experience concept was created by Aroma Global and is built around premium, 100% natural gelato served in a carefully designed, immersive setting. The brand combines Italian tradition with a modern approach to gastronomy.

Every project tells a different story—and this one was no exception. What made it stand out was its sheer scale. From our very first conversation with the client, it was clear that this would be no ordinary task, but the complete transformation of an existing warehouse.

Our objective was to convert the building into a modern and functional facility tailored to the requirements of production and refrigeration systems. It was one of our largest projects of 2023, encompassing every stage—from planning and project management to final delivery, including the supply, installation, and commissioning of the processing and refrigeration equipment.

Following the initial consultations, we clearly defined the client’s requirements and expectations and began the detailed planning process, with particular emphasis on making optimal use of the available space. Our experienced design and engineering team played a key role throughout this stage.

The preparation and refurbishment of the facility followed. In addition to coordinating the construction and organisational work, our experienced team ensured the precise installation and preparation of all the required elements.

The Result? A Project That Truly Impresses.
