A New School Bistro at Gimnazija Moste
Gimnazija Moste now has a new school bistro.
The CIAM refrigerated and heated display cases for pastries, sandwiches, bread and other fresh products give students a clear view of the freshly prepared selection. The display cases are designed with exceptional attention to detail. Combining a refined design with easy cleaning, they feature LED lighting and precise temperature control, while helping to prevent food from drying out. This ensures that students can enjoy fresh and appetising food throughout the day.
Countertop appliances such as contact grills, pancake makers, microwave ovens, juicers and food preparation equipment are an essential part of any professional kitchen. We supplied several of these appliances for the new school bistro.
With a SIRMAN contact grill, commonly known as a panini press or sandwich toaster, the kitchen staff can prepare delicious hot sandwiches. The cast-iron grilling surface can also be used for preparing meat, grilled vegetables and other dishes.
A microwave oven is another indispensable appliance when it comes to serving quick snacks, which is why it also has its place in the school bistro. The SHARP microwave oven is used for quickly reheating snacks and other prepared foods.
