13th International Professional Culinary Fair – Sejmi okusov 2019
Kaza Sistemi once again presented its solutions at Sejmi okusov 2019, held at the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre, together with our partners from HoReCa Center.
With a diverse programme and one of the largest exhibition spaces, we presented our work to visitors, including professional kitchen planning, installation, servicing and sales of professional catering equipment and refrigeration systems.
Using food preparation, slicing and vegetable processing equipment, as well as the Robot Cook by Robot-Coupe, we prepared excellent hollandaise sauce, homemade mayonnaise, pea purée, chocolate cream and more.
With the Robot-Coupe J80 juicer, visitors could also enjoy freshly pressed juices.
One of the most interesting pieces of equipment on display was the La Monferrina pasta machine. We demonstrated how to make fresh homemade pasta, which we then cooked and served for visitors to taste. The response was enthusiastic.
Every day, we baked fresh croissants and other pastries in Fines professional ovens. The exhibition also featured the Duplex potato peeler, Wexiödisk dishwashing equipment, Alpfrigo refrigeration cabinets, Gazi thermal cooking equipment and Ecolab cleaning solutions.
The fair came to a very successful close, and we are heading into new challenges with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
