Convotherm

Convotherm is a German brand specialising in professional combi ovens and multifunctional cooking systems. It develops equipment for restaurants, hotels, bakeries, catering businesses, shops and other professional kitchens, and has been active in combi oven technology since 1976.

The Convotherm range includes the maxx pro, maxx and mini pro combi oven series, as well as larger floor-standing models for production kitchens and banqueting. Its ovens support steaming, roasting, baking, reheating and other cooking processes, with precise control over temperature and humidity.
