On 12 February 2025, the Kaza Sistemi team visited the Firex factory in Italy to explore its professional kitchen equipment first-hand. We saw demonstrations of the Cucimix, Figaro, Baskett and Multicooker and had the opportunity to try them ourselves. The visit gave us a closer look at how these appliances can support efficient, flexible food preparation in professional kitchens.
It was also a valuable opportunity to strengthen our partnership with Firex and exchange ideas about kitchen technology and workflows in large-scale kitchens. Our thanks to the Firex team for their hospitality and demonstrations, and to everyone who joined the discussions and shared their experience.
