Sunmix

Sunmix is an Italian brand specialising in professional spiral dough mixers for pizzerias, bakeries, pastry shops and other food businesses. The company designs, develops and manufactures its mixers in Italy, with an emphasis on quality, robust construction, performance and versatility.

The Sunmix range includes several spiral mixer lines, including Smart, Easy, Classic, Evo, Queen and Top Line, with capacities for both small and large batches of dough. Models are available for pizzerias, bakeries and laboratory use, while larger professional models can handle up to approximately 300 kg of dough.

Depending on the model, advanced features include adjustable spiral and bowl speeds, recipe storage, dough temperature monitoring, reverse bowl rotation and touchscreen controls. Sunmix also produces equipment for dough processing, such as dough shaping machines.
