Gazi

Gazi is a Slovenian manufacturer specializing in the development and production of professional thermal catering equipment. Founded in 1996, the company supplies equipment for restaurants, hotels, canteens, professional kitchens and other foodservice establishments that require a robust and flexible cooking line.

Its product range includes cookers, cooking tops, fryers, grills, tilting pans, cooking kettles, induction units and other thermal equipment, available in both electric and gas versions. The range comprises several product lines, from basic modular configurations to the more advanced XP Premium and individually manufactured Phantom lines. Phantom enables the creation of a fully customized cooking block, with individual elements integrated into a single work surface according to the project requirements and the chef’s needs.
