V ponedeljek 19.01.2026 smo aktivno sodelovali na letošnji konferenci JRE Academy , ki je potekala v Centru Rog.
The conference enables the exchange of knowledge and experience between experts in the field of gastronomy, tourism and hospitality, access to exclusive content from the field of gastronomy and their professional development. Great emphasis is placed on connecting and networking everyone who co-creates the future of Slovenian gastronomy. Certainly also motivation and inspiration for (co)creation.
The event featured a variety of experts and speakers who, through interesting and innovative lectures, such as taxes on the plate, lessons from the catering school of life, marketing without a team and various others, touched on current topics such as sustainable approaches, commitment to innovation, local development and innovation in organizations.
With our participation, we confirmed our commitment to continuous development, innovation and cooperation with leading players in the industry. By participating in the conference, we ensured the exchange of good practices, insight into current trends, new inspirations and business opportunities.
